AIDA draws inside the CAD. blupryn drafts everywhere else — the RAB, the price, the invoice, the minutes. Nothing is saved until you say so.
Built inside a working Indonesian design & build studio. In beta with its first studios now.
Draw it here. The drawing and its register are one thing.
The documents your client, your QS and your contractor already expect.
Progress, expenses, the register. Offline until the signal returns.
Isolated at the database, not by a filter. Never used to train anything.
blupryn is the workflow for design & build studios — a drawing that becomes a price, a schedule, a site report and an invoice, with you signing every step.
Six stages · two assistants · one job
Describe the room. AIDA draws it, and checks it against SNI.
Both run under your own permissions, so neither can reach a project you couldn't open yourself — and neither writes anything to your studio until you approve it.
Describe the job in Indonesian and AIDA draws it. Walls, doors, columns, beams — sized from the span they actually cross. Checked against SNI and Permen PU, and against your studio's own standards, which it remembers between drawings.
AIDA drawsAsk in Indonesian or English. It opens your own records, drafts the answer or the document, and stops. You see exactly which records it opened before you decide.

The useful part of an assistant is not the answering. It is the noticing — that a drawing is late, that an invoice has gone quiet, that nobody has measured a job in three weeks.
A room per project, direct messages, one place for announcements. Mention blupryn in a room and it answers there, in front of everyone.
Ask what a regulation requires and it quotes the clause. Ask whether a price is sane and it benchmarks against SHST, HSBGN, LKPP and BPS — never a marketplace listing.
Fill the 14 un-costed plafon lines on S2607 from the master catalogue. Margin moves from 18.4% to 21.7%.
Free while we build it out. Your studio's data stays in your studio.
Every price from your catalogue, every quantity from your drawing. When it hasn't got the number, it says so.
A designer's assistant sees a designer's projects. It cannot reach anything you couldn't reach yourself.
Save it and it lands with your name on the change. Discard it and nothing happened. There is no silent write.
Drawings, BOQ, pricing, schedule, site and money — each stage inheriting the last instead of being typed in again. blupryn drafts; your team reviews and decides. Built for design + build studios who run on WhatsApp + Excel today.
A kanban your whole team actually opens. A drawing register that knows what's done, what's overdue, and who owns each one. Both update in real-time the second a teammate flips a card or a status.
Assign several teammates to one card. Type @name in a comment and they get a notification.
Discipline-coded numbering (A/I/U/S), keyboard nav, Cmd+C/V across cells, Shift+Arrow range select.
Print-ready drawing register for external clients — letterhead, project meta, filtered view, one click.
Every card moved, drawing flipped, comment posted — auditable forever. No more "wait, when did that happen?".

FF&E + Sanitary schedules. RAB with the 6 canonical Indonesian sections — Persiapan, Pembongkaran, Struktur, Arsitektur, MEP, Interior. A master pricing catalog that autofills BOQ rows. Per-vendor scope-of-work PDFs with COGS pricing.
Pekerjaan Persiapan / Pembongkaran / Struktur / Arsitektur / MEP / Interior — only the sections your project needs.
Designers see sell. Only manager + finance see COGS and margin. Enforced at the database, not just CSS.
Type a description, pick from your catalog — unit, sell price, and (for finance) cost all pre-fill.
Pick a vendor — get a COGS-only A4 PDF with only their items, ready to send. No copy-paste, no errors.
Quotes flow to invoices flow to payments. Per-project margin shows which jobs actually made money. Production pace shows who's pulling weight. Attendance ("absensi") keeps the day honest with Asia/Jakarta daily totals.
Build a quote, accept it, spawn an invoice, record a payment — every number flows through one dashboard.
See which jobs make money and which don't. Live win-rate, quoted-vs-won, outstanding receivables.
Drawings completed, cards moved to Done, due dates hit — measured from a persistent audit log. Manager only.
One tap from the sign-out menu. Daily totals in Asia/Jakarta time. CSV export for payroll.
Install it on your phone like a native app. @mention a teammate and they get notified instantly. See everyone's tasks, drawings, and meetings on one calendar. Switch between English and Bahasa Indonesia in one click.
Bell badge ticks live. Assignments, @mentions, meeting invites — every nudge in one place.
Tasks, drawings, and meetings on one month grid. Filter by type. "Only my items" toggle.
iOS, Android, desktop. Add to home screen and it opens fullscreen like a native app.
One-click language toggle. Designed for Indonesian studios, idiomatic Indonesian.
Ask in Indonesian or English. blupryn opens your own records — you can see exactly which ones — and drafts the answer, the BOQ line, the invoice or the minutes. Then it stops and waits for you. Nothing is written to your studio until you approve it, and every action runs under your own permissions.
Ask about your own projects, overdue items, BOQ totals and catalogue prices in plain language. It shows you which records it opened and how long each took, so you can check the answer rather than trust it.
Describe the scope and it drafts a structured BOQ across the six canonical sections. Pricing pulls from your master catalogue; for work that isn't in it yet, it drafts the AHSP recipe and you fill the rates.
Tell it what needs doing and it logs, updates and summarises tasks — including what's still pending. Your words become board actions, each shown to you as a draft before it saves.
blupryn's engine computes your S-curve; the assistant writes the progress report around it and gives cost & variance analysis grounded in your own numbers. Analysis and insight — not financial advice.
Four tiers built for how Indonesian studios actually grow. Start free, scale as your team scales, cancel anytime.
All prices in IDR, exclusive of PPN. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Indicative pricing — adjust before launch.
Click Apply for beta access and tell us about your studio — about two minutes. We're opening blupryn to a few studios at a time, so every application is read by a person, usually within two working days; you'll get an email the moment your studio is open. Joining a teammate's studio instead? Pick Join with a code and paste the invite code they copied from their Organization page — that goes straight in, with no wait. Questions? hello@blupryn.ai.
Yes — completely free for everyone in the closed beta. Our promise: you'll always know what you're paying before we ever start charging, and we won't charge anyone retroactively for the beta period.
Yes. Every project, drawing, BOQ row, comment and file you create during the beta stays in your account when we open commercially. No reset, no migration — just keep working.
When we're confident every studio on the platform gets a smooth experience. Probably 30–60 days of closed testing, then a soft public open. Email hello@blupryn.ai for early access during the closed period.
Yes. Every organization is fully isolated — one studio can never see another's projects, drawings or finances. It's enforced at the database (row-level security), not just hidden in the interface.
In a managed Postgres database (Supabase). We're currently in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2) and planning a migration to Singapore (ap-southeast-1) before commercial launch, which cuts round-trip latency for Indonesian users from roughly 95 ms to roughly 25 ms. Backups run daily.
Yes. Our Terms of Service + Privacy Policy (v2.0) cover Indonesian Law 27/2022 requirements: explicit consent at sign-up, named third-party processors, data-subject rights, breach notification, retention, and contact emails (privacy@blupryn.ai). For EU users we additionally meet GDPR rights.
We keep daily backups. Tell us within 7 days and we can roll back. Once we move to the Pro plan (pre-commercial launch) that window extends to 30 days plus point-in-time recovery.
Yes. Every BOQ, drawing register and schedule exports as A4 PDF (built in). For raw data export (CSV / SQL dump) email hello@blupryn.ai and we'll pull it for you — self-serve full-dump is on the roadmap.
Absolutely. Invite teammates with a join code and assign each a role: Manager, Designer, Finance, or Contractor. Everyone works off the same live data on any device.
Only Manager and Finance roles see cost prices, margins, quotes, invoices, payments and expenses. Designers and contractors can edit drawings and BOQ rows but never see cost data — enforced at the database, not hidden in the UI.
No — designers only see projects they're explicitly added to. Managers see everything in the org. This way you can have client-sensitive projects (private renovations, premium clients) visible only to the right team.
Open Organization → Copy your join code. They sign up with that code; you (or your manager) approve their role. Removing or deactivating someone instantly revokes their access.
Yes — every change syncs live across browsers. Move a task on the board, change a drawing status, add a BOQ row: your teammates see it within a second on their screen, no refresh needed.
Each project has a sectional BOQ (Persiapan / Pembongkaran / Struktur / Arsitektur / MEP / Interior). Sections renumber automatically based on what's in your project (no I/IV/VI gaps). You get a master pricing catalog with sub-categories, vendor assignment per row, COGS overlay for managers/finance only, and one-click A4 PDF export that matches the Indonesian BQ format.
Track every drawing by number, discipline (A/I/U/S), revision, assignee, status and due date. Excel-style keyboard nav, bulk edit, CSV import/export, A4 landscape PDF export with your letterhead, and per-designer performance metrics fed by status changes.
Yes — BOQ, Schedules, Drawing Register, Vendor Scope-of-Work and (managers + finance) Quotes / Invoices all export as branded A4 PDFs with your logo and letterhead. The doc viewer shows exactly what the printed PDF will look like (WYSIWYG).
Yes. The Vendors page is your org-wide vendor catalog. Assign vendors per BOQ row, then export a Scope-for-Vendor PDF that shows only that vendor's items + their contact details — ready to send via WhatsApp or email.
Drawing Register has CSV import today. BOQ import from Excel is on the near-term roadmap — for now you can paste rows directly into the table or, if you have a large catalog, email us your Excel and we'll do a one-time import for you.
Yes — all currency is integer IDR (Rp 1,234,567 with thousand separators), no decimals. The interface is bilingual (EN/ID), date formats follow your browser, and the BOQ format mirrors what Indonesian studios already use externally.
No — blupryn runs in any modern browser. Updates are automatic. You CAN install it as a Progressive Web App on iOS / Android / desktop for a native-feel launcher icon (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, Install app on Android Chrome).
Yes. The mobile layout collapses the sidebar into a hamburger menu, stacks the stat grids, and lets project tabs scroll horizontally. PWA-installable for a real app feel. Most studios review and comment from the phone, design and edit from a laptop.
Honest answer: today the app needs a connection to save changes. Local-first / offline-with-sync is on the roadmap but not yet shipped. If you're on a flaky site connection, work from the office, then review and approve from the field.
A bell in the top-right ticks live when you're assigned a card, invited to a meeting, or @mentioned in a comment. Email notifications are on the roadmap — for the beta we rely on the in-app inbox.
Not directly today. You can export PDFs and share them through WhatsApp or email manually. Direct integrations (WhatsApp send, Google Drive sync, Xero / Jurnal accounting) are roadmap items — email us at hello@blupryn.ai with which one matters most to you and we'll prioritise.
Email hello@blupryn.ai — that's the founder's inbox. During beta you'll get a reply same-day, usually within a few hours. Feature requests from beta users get heavy weight in our roadmap.
Most managers and designers are productive within an afternoon — the layout follows the kanban + register + finance patterns most studios already know. If you want a guided walkthrough we'll happily do a 30-minute video call once you're in.
Yes. No contracts, no termination fees, no lock-in. After beta opens commercially you'll be able to downgrade tiers, pause your subscription, or close the account from Settings. Your data exports remain available.
They map to how Indonesian studios grow. Pejuang (warrior) is the solo fighter just starting out. Pendekar (martial-artist) is the small studio winning its first regular clients. Ksatria (knight) is the established studio scaling up. Sultan is the firm running an empire. Pick the one that fits your stage; switch anytime.
Anytime — both ways. Upgrade when you hire your fifth person; downgrade if a project ends. Annual plans pro-rate cleanly.
